We hereby announce that the appointment of Mr. Panagiotis Tanampasidis as a Securities Dealer Representative of the Company has been formally terminated, effective 11th August 2026. Accordingly, Mr. Panagiotis Tanampasidis is no longer authorised to act or represent the Company in the capacity of Securities Dealer Representative as of the effective date. The newly appointed Securities Dealer Representative is Mr. Evangelos Tanampasidis, effective 12th August 2026.
